Option B — Fixation from DNI
One notional increment is allowed on promotion first. The resulting pay is fixed in the promoted Level from the date of promotion until DNI. On the lower-post DNI, one regular increment plus the notional promotion increment are considered and pay is re-fixed in the promoted Level.
